Welcome to my traditional Tuscan cooking class among centuries-old olive trees and vineyards. My kitchen is big, with a spacious, and fully equipped table. Everyone will have their own personal working station. You'll learn how to prepare three traditional Tuscan dishes hailing from the region between Florence and Arezzo. All recipes are more than 100-years-old and have been passed down my family through the generations.
After cooking, we'll sit down to enjoy the dishes prepared together with a glass of local wine, cantuccini biscuits and Vinsanto. If there are any leftovers, you can take it with you! You'll also bring home new knowledge of local life and an understanding of our culture, as well as my recipes and an exclusive hand-made gift.
This is not just a cooking class: this is a journey that we'll make together through my roots, and local food and traditions.
