Traditional Sicilian Menu at Mamma Corleone

소개

Thanks to Davide and chef Maria Pia's constant search for the best ingredients and a natural curiosity for traditional Sicilian home cookings, we are able to deliver a cooking class that follow's Maria Pia's knowledge passed through generations and learned during uncountable hours in the kitchen cooking for her family. 

During this class, we will dig into the Sicilian culinary tradition to learn four dishes to deliver a truly local, mamma style experience. The four-course menu includes an appetizer, a main course, a second course, and of course dessert. All of the dishes respect our local ingredients and cooking techniques of Sicily. 

After the class, we will enjoy all the dishes we prepared together.

• 3:30 pm: Everyone meet at school and get ready for the class
• 3:40 pm: Begin the class with an introduction about all ingredients and menu by Maria Pia
• 4:00 pm: Start to make the appetizer 
• 4:30 pm: Learn how to make the first traditional dish
• 5:20 pm: Learn how to make the second traditional dish
• 6:10 pm: Learn how to make dessert from our culinary tradition
• 7:00 pm: Share the dishes you made with everyone in the class
• 8:00 pm: The end of the class
