Under the guidance of the professional chef prepare two types of fresh pasta, an appetizer, and a dessert. Use only the fresh seasonal ingredients to prepare the meal for you and your group and listen to the chef and the guide revealing the well-kept secrets of the delicious Italian and Roman cuisine. Learn the tricks of making the perfect fettuccine and gnocchi or ravioli with the sauces of your choice and spend the afternoon or the evening enjoying your masterpieces paired with the local wine.
