소개

Let's prepare together a full intense Italian Dinner. You will be my guest from afternoon from talking, cooking and eating together.

Starting with a light but tasty appetizer we will prepare some luscious fried pizzas, or vegetables. You will learn how to put your hand in the dough and prepare our pasta fresca that we will cook and dress with tasty typical Italian dressing.

After our second pasta dish or a special main course, we will taste a sweet typical Italian dessert.

Everything accompanied by some bottle of good wines chosen for you.

There is not a fixed menu, as Riccardo will define the day menu on the basis of the fresh ingredients of the season, chosen at the fresh food stall street market, and after chatting with you about your expectations.

Anyway we always will have a jummy appetizer,  at least two pasta dish, and you will learn how to make it handmade with some traditional dressing, and a special Italian dessert.

• 6:00 pm: Meet and have a short introduction to Italian food panorama, before preparing the dressing for the pasta or other dishes
• 7:30 pm: Making handmade pasta chosen for the meal
• 8:30 pm: Appetizer break and final preparations for the cooking before having dinner
• 11:00 pm: End of class
