Smoking ham: Together, we’ll prepare freshly smoked ham and other foods using no chemicals or artificial ingredients, coloring, or flavors with charcoal-grill. First the meat is prepped and boiled. Smoking process: We’ll complete the smoking process. You'll be involved in every step of the way.
Japanese lunch: While the meat boils, we’ll enjoy the Japanese lunch we provide, usually Tempura.

Our workshop will take place in Kiyose, about an hour from central Tokyo. We’ll meet at a location(with grey fences) 3 minutes from the train station. Note that express train does not stop at Kiyose station.
