9:00 - pick up guests at the hotel
9:15 - Visit My Khe beach
9:45 - Visit Dragon Bridge and the statue of Dragon Carp
10:15 - Get on a trip to a local market to buy raw materials for your cooking class
11:00 - Begin our cooking class to make traditional Vietnamese dishes: Pho Ga ( chicken noodle soup) Banh Xeo (Vietnamese fried pancake), & Cha Gio (fried spring roll).
Enjoy the dishes cooked by yourselves 1:30 PM Transfer back to the hotel
The tour can also be operated in the afternoon as you wish. In that case, it will start at 2:30 PM and finish at 6:30 PM

What a wonderful half day it was: visiting the market and garden first, then learning to cook four dishes and eating them in the end was absolutely enjoyable. Thank you Emily and co! Best wishes Heini and Riitta
"Outstanding"
The cooking class was very fulfilling. Not only were we taught how to cook local Vietnamese dishes, but we also got to visit the local market (to pick up the ingredients) and their vegetable garden prior to the class. Transportation between the stops was efficient as they drove us around in a van. The kitchen was spacious and clean, and the chef was very patient and helpful in teaching us the basics of making each dish.They also made sure we had enough photos! They were very helpful in helping us find transportation to return to our hotel after the class. It was a fun time and we highly recommend!

The whole experience of taking us to the local market and the farm, not just the cooking only, was very pleasant. We love the clean kitchen and the patient chef. Special thanks to friendly guide Emily who helped us with our own little purchases at the market too.
