Tra Que는 호이안 북서쪽 방향으로 2km떨어진 유기농 허브마을에 위치해 있어요. Tra Que마을에는 품질이 좋은 허브가 많이 있고, 관광객들이 매력적인 풍경을 자랑해요. 우리 쿠킹스쿨은 유기농 허브마을 중심부에 위치해 있고, Tra Que물레방아 레스토랑은 소박한 디자인의 베트남 전통 건물이에요. 농장에 방문해서는 멋진 Tra Que마을의 풍경을 둘러보실 수 있어요. Tra Que물레방앗간에서는 함께 전통 요리를 만들어보아요.

클래스에 포함:

• 호텔로 픽업을 가요(호이안 지역).
• 자전거 또는 차를타고 컬러풀한 시장 방문하기. 시장에서 상인 분들과 이야기도 나누어보고 요리에 필요한 신선한 식재료도 알아보아요. 카메라를 손쉽게 쓸 수 있도록 놔두세요.
• Tra Que물레방앗간에서 휴식을 취하며 시원한 스페셜 웰컴음료수를 마셔보아요.
• 허브가든에서 300년 된 유기농 농장에서 농부님들과 함께 농장을 체험해보아요.
• 발마사지를 받으며 휴식을 해요.
• 셰프님과 함께 요리해요. 재료준비부터 요리까지 직접 만들어보세요.
• 직접 만든 요리를 즐겨요.
• 호텔로 돌아가요.

일정

Morning session:

• 8:30 am: Water Wheel staff pick you up at your hotel by bike
• 9:00 am: Cycle through the lovely rice fields, this is a great opportunity to breathe the fresh air of the countryside and admire the farms of cows, ducks, buffaloes.
• 10:00 am: upon arrival, have your welcome drink and explore an over 300-year-old vegetable village that grows more than 30 types of herbs using manual methods. You will feel like you are lost in a dream with the peaceful, quiet, green, fragrant vegetable fields, without the noise of vehicles and machinery. Tra Que is a saved heritage by the Government and a unique fertile Island in the river.
• 10:30 am: Farming with the Farmers: Learn about traditional ingredients and spices used in people's daily meals. Join the preparing of the land. Learn how to rake the ground with traditional tools, to sow new seeds, to water the young plants and to pick herbs for your lunch afterwards.
• Ride a Waterbuffalo, the local and peaceful animal.
• Row a basketboat on the water and enjoy the beautiful and calm landscape between the coconuttrees.
• Ricepapermaking: Follow the local chef to learn all steps in the process of making your own rice paper. From the grinding of the rice to the flavorexplosion in your mouth, you will learn to make different types of ricepaper.

• 12:00 am: Cooking Class: You will learn to prepare an authentic vietnamese Lunch Menue. Learn to prepare vietnamese Dishes by yourself such as - Tam Huu (Three friends) spring roll, which is unique for our viallage and the famous local pancake. We will serve even more for your lunch like Papaya salad and a maindish fish in clay pot with seamed rice in banana leaves. Finally, there is a fresh fruit dessert. Of course there are vegetarian options, just tell us about your wishes and allergies.
• 1:30 pm: After a day full of experiences, return to the hotel.
