During your pizza and gelato class, the chefs will teach the art of dough-makin, kneading and rolling, while telling you the difference between different styles of pizza throughout Italy and discuss the Neapolitan traditions - where pizza was invented. What is just as Italian as pizza? Gelato! After pizza, enjoy making gelato from scratch, just like in the old days!

Simple focaccia with rosemary, salt and evoo
Margherita pizza with tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil
Fried 'coccoli' with stracchino, tomato and basil

"Fun Pizza and Gelato making class!"

My husband, son and I did the Pizza and Gelato making class. It was just us and another couple, so very intimate experience. The staff was great and very organized. We had an amazing time and can't wait to try and recreate, the recipes, at home!

"Fantastic cooking class!"

Brilliant experience making focaccia, pizza and gelato at MaMa Florence. My wife and I and our two children (10 and 8 years) spent a wonderful hour or so with Chef Danny, who was informative, energetic and engaging. The setting is lovely and sitting down at the end to eat our creations, with a glass of Italian red of course, was probably the highlight of our holiday. Highly recommended

My children and I had the most fantastic experience with Michele at Mama Florence today. It was easy to understand, the ingredients were excellent quality, the wine (for me) was delicious, and the food turned out great. The kids kept saying how much fun they were having. I would HIGHLY recommend!
