La Foodieteca

Our group cooking class with Foodieteca was more that we could ever have hoped for. After an interesting stroll in the local market, we found ourselves in a stylish, cozy studio. The chef was very friendly and helpful throughout the afternoon. We then cooked some delicious dishes and enjoyed them. The whole atmosphere was relaxed. Would definitely recommend!

My partner and I had an amazing time with Frank doing our cooking class. The venue is amazing. A large, open plan living area with a huge kitchen in the centre provided a wonderful setting. Frank was an amazing host. We loved the hour we spent in the market picking up some of the ingredients and learning so much about the fresh produce of Barcelona and the culture of the city. We made 5 fantastic dishes, with plenty of leftovers for us to take home for the next day. What made it more special was how friendly Frank was as well as being an amazing teacher. It was amazing to hear about his life and we left thinking like we had known him for years. Our time at La Foodieteca put a huge smile on our faces. Although the price seems expensive it was definitely value for money as we learnt how to cook a 5 course meal and the leftovers were our lunch for the next day!

I organised and attended a corporate team building event with Cookly (15 people). We enjoyed cooking a number of local Spanish dishes and then sitting together to dine in the lovely surroundings. The venue and the facilities were just perfect. And the staff especially made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was relaxed and we all had a great time. Thank you for a lovely experience!
