Complete Course in Preparing Ramen + Apron Souvenir

このクラスについて

Please come here to experience how to make noodles, meat, soup all by yourself, and accomplish your favorite flavor as well! You'll make everything from making the noodles, draining them, mixing them with the soup and roasting the chicken.

Is it difficult to make ramen? Of course not. We will provide guidebook on every table, so you only need to follow the instructions, and you will be able to make delicious ramen. We also have instructors here if you need any help.

This class has souvenirs and please choose what you want which are Homaekake (Japanese Apron), T-shirt (S, M, L, XL, XXl) or Ramen bowl. *Apron is only provided in adult size.

Noodle

• Knead the flour
• Roll out the dough
• Cut the dough

Chicken Garnish

• Use a string to tie the chicken meat
• Scatter the condiment and cook it
• Slice the chicken to the length you want

Soup

       Several types of broths so you can blend with

• Different kinds of 'Kaeshi' sauce flavor your own Ramen

Vegetarian-friendly: Instead of using chicken, Tofu topping will be used.
