The red lotus symbolizes the heart and passion of Vietnamese culture. At The Vietnamese Cooking Class we draw upon the mystique of this national icon to deliver to you the ultimate Vietnamese culinary adventure!

It matters not your level of experience in the kitchen!

Whether you are new to the art of cooking, a well-weathered cook or you are considered the Master Chef of your home kitchen! You do not need to know what makes "Fish Sauce" so special in Vietnamese culture and so mysterious in flavor. We will teach you!

Choosing the right ingredients to use when preparing a traditional Vietnamese dish are of paramount importance. Throughout the cooking class, your personal chef will advise you on the secrets of selecting the perfect colors, shapes and smells to create your own special dishes in class!

• Deep fried pumpkin flowers stuffed with pork, mushroom and fish sauce dipping sauce
  Morning glory salad with sauté beef and kumquat dressing sauce
  Char-grilled pork with fresh vegetables, herbs and fresh rice noodles

TUESDAY

• Fried spring rolls with pork and mushroom
• Fresh lotus stems salad with prawn and fresh herbs.
• Grilled beef rolls in lolot leaves with fresh rice noodles

WEDNESDAY

• Fresh spring rolls with pork, prawns, herbs and fresh rice noodles
• Banana blossom salad with shredded chicken, herbs
• Crispy Vietnamese pancake with pork, prawns wrapped with fresh vegetables and fish sauce dipping sauce

THURSDAY

• Deep fried pumpkin flowers stuffed with prawns, mushroom served with fish sauce dipping sauce
• Green papaya salad with herbs and prawns
• Stew chicken with coconut juice, ginger and jasmine rice

FRIDAY

• Deep-fried net spring rolls with pork, glass noodle and fish sauce dipping sauce
• Taro salad with sauté squid and herbs

• Grilled beef rolls in lolot leaves with fresh rice noodles

SATURDAY

• Steam rice flour rolls with pork and mushroom
• Banana blossom salad with shredded chicken, herbs
• Vietnamese crispy pancake with pork and prawns

SUNDAY

• Deep fried pumpkin flowers stuffed with pork, mushroom and fish sauce dipping sauce
  Morning glory salad with sauté beef and kumquat dressing sauce
  Char-grilled pork with fresh vegetables, herbs and fresh rice noodles

スケジュール

• 8:45am: Meet at main gate of Ben Thanh market ( with a big clock on the top of the gate). The chef will wear chef uniform with the logo " The Vietnamese Cooking Class" so you can recognize her easily.
• 9:40am: Finish the market tour
• 10:00am: Start to cook
• 1:00pm End of the class
