Once in the kitchen, we will learn to prepare Oaxacan mole using authentic methods, pairing it with an exquisite main dish. Additionally, we will indulge in a typical Oaxacan dessert while sharing culinary secrets. Together, we will create a complete menu that includes fresh tortillas and seasonal fruit water.
