Vietnamese Home Cooking Class with a Local Host

Hello! I'm My, and I'm excited to share my passion for cooking healthy, delicious food. I absolutely love my life in Hoi An, and one of my favorite things to do is to create authentic Vietnamese dishes from fresh, local ingredients.

I would like to extend a warm invitation for you to join me at my home for a unique cooking experience. Together, we will prepare three Vietnamese dishes entirely from scratch. We'll take our time to savor the cooking process, learning new techniques and flavors along the way, all while sharing stories and enjoying a relaxed, friendly atmosphere over a homemade meal. Prepare the same menu together in a home setting (no individual cooking stations for each guest).

If there's a particular dish you're interested in learning, feel free to let me know in advance, and I'll do my best to include it in our menu. Also, please inform me of any food allergies or dietary preferences you may have, so I can make sure everyone has a delicious and safe experience.

• Bún thịt nướng/ Bún bò Nam Bộ - Stir-fried beef/grilled chicken/pork noodles 
• Bánh xèo - Pancake with chicken/pork/prawn 
• Phở gà - Chicken noodles soup 
• Chả giò - Fried spring rolls with chicken/pork 
• Bún cá - Fish noodles soup 
• Mì xào bò - Stir-fried noodles with beef 
• Bánh cuốn - Rice crepe rolls 
• Gỏi - Mango/papaya/pomelo/cabbage salads 
• Cơm tấm - Grilled pork and broken rice 
• Cá kho - Braised fish 
• Thịt kho - Braised pork 
• Gà sả ớt - Chicken with lemon grass
• Gỏi cuốn - Fresh summer rolls with chicken/pork/prawn

スケジュール

• Meet with the instructor.
• Start of the cooking session.
• Enjoy the dishes that you created. 
• End of the culinary class. 

The duration of the experience is 3 hours. 

NOTE:

• We are open every day with flexible timing. Please make a reservation in advance and contact us to arrange your preferred schedule.
• Market visits are available upon request for an additional fee VND 150000 (please contact us if you are interested in a market tour).
• Pickup service is not provided.-
