This 4 hour experience incorporates both a cooking class in Rome, to learn the secrets of authentic Italian cuisine in a locally loved Roman restaurant, as well as a visit to one of the cities most popular gourmet food shops for delicious tastings.

- The freshest buffalo mozzarella
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Bruschette with D.O.P olive oil from Liguria, Genovese pesto, Sicilian pesto and bell pepper pesto.
- Served with Prosecco Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G
- 30-year-old balsamic vinegar drizzled over 36-month Parmigiano Reggiano and organic rucola
- Pure black truffle pate spread over Caciotta cheese
- Filettuccio al Barolo
- Prosciutto di parma aged 24 months
- Bruschetta with Parmigiano and truffle cream
- Ricotta with white truffle-infused honey
- Served with Montepulciano d’Abruzzo D.O.P

"An absolute delight!"
