Petra Kouzina is a unique proposal of cooking classes that were born out of a desire to make visitors live like locals and enjoy signature Greek island living through a unique culinary experience.

The intention is to share knowledge and culture by means of food. Guests are invited to meet new and amazingly diverse people and become part of a warm traditional home in Greece. 

In Petra Kouzina guests are invited to take part in the experience of cooking, sharing and tasting traditional yet delicious Greek food in an innovative, lively and extremely fun environment. Namely, a traditional cave house. 

You'll be welcomed with some appetizers and local wine, whereafter the history of the local products and gastronomy will be introduced. 

The chef will guide you to the kitchen to start your cooking journey. There, you'll prepare five traditional Greek dishes incorporating fresh local ingredients. You'll get the best tips to make the food as delicious as possible! 

After cooking, let´s enjoy what you have prepared! On a beautiful terrace you'll share and taste your meal with the rest of the guests.

Before you leave, you'll receive a specially designed menu with all the recipes created so you can continue enjoying the experience at home and delight your friends and family with authentic Greek cookery.
