Royal Cooking Class with Cycling Tour in Hue

Hue is world-famous for its long-standing royal cuisine with delicious and sophisticated dishes. If you are a food lover and want to learn how to prepare Hue dishes and learn more about the culinary traditions of Hue and Vietnam, this experience is ideal for you. 

The activity will start with a bicycle tour of Thuy Vieu village and the local market. Once at the cooking school, we will begin the half-day cooking class with the guidance of an English-speaking chef. After cooking, we will enjoy the prepared dishes for lunch in our garden. You will be provided with a list of ingredients and cooking techniques to practice. After this experience, you will be able to create a taste of Hue when you return home. 

Tired of standing on your feet? This activity ends with a 30-minute herbal foot bath for your relaxation and enjoyment.

• 8:30 am: Pick up and stop at Thien Mu Pagoda for sightseeing
• 9:30 am: Visit Thuy Bieu village by bicycle
• 10:00 am: Ride a bicycle to the local market "Chợ Quê"
• 10:30 am: Learn to cook dishes from the menu
• 12:30 pm: Enjoy a local lunch in the garden. We'll eat dishes made by you and other local foods
• 1:00 pm: It's time to relax your feet with 30 minutes of herbal foot bath
• 1:30 pm: Continue learning how to make pomelo skin jam under the guidance of the house owner
• 2:00 pm: Finish the tour and back to the hotel
