Here at our farm you can let your eyes freely roam in the seemingly endless greenery and learn about the cultivation of cacao trees. 

Take in as much as you can from the fantastic eco-system of our farm where it is not only home of cacao trees but also of coconuts and other flora and fauna. Afterward, you will visit our chocolate factory where you will be introduced to the chocolate-making process and most importantly you can taste freshly made chocolate.

After tasting, you will have the chance to make your own chocolate bar!

スケジュール

• 7:00 am: Meet at Alluvia Workshop in Cho Gao town, Tien Giang province
• 9:30 am: Visit the Alluvia cocoa garden. Introduction of the origins of cocoa trees
• 10:20 am: Take a tour in Alluvia Workshop to learn about the bean-to-bar Alluvia chocolate production process
• 10:30 am: Free tasting 10-18 Alluvia chocolate flavors
• 11:00 am: Make your own chocolate bar. This is also a gift for you
• 11:30 am: Free time for more discussion and picture-taking
• 12:00 pm: End of the class
