In this cooking class, Caraway Bali will introduce you to traditional and local ingredients and spices. We will also guide you in making herbal mixtures yourself and how to prepare the most authentic Indonesian and Balinese dishes.
The class will provide plenty of time to get to know each other and Chef Dewi and get to talk about Balinese culture and eating habits. The chef will be assisted by one or more assistants to help you prepare the dishes. This class is very interactive so you will be actively helping with each process to cook these dishes.
After the cooking class, we will have the opportunity to eat the prepared dishes together. If you prefer, your dishes can also be taken home to enjoy. You will also receive the recipes from the cooking class so that you can put all the skills and techniques you learned into practice once you return home.
