For those who would like to learn about the heavenly taste of the food from the Island of Gods, Bali, this class will be a perfect choice.

Our cooking class is an intensive hands-on program led by our Head Chef in our fully equipped kitchen, complete with professional preparation area and high-quality kitchen utensils. You will learn how to make delicious Balinese local cuisine to share with your loved ones by the end of the class.

• Jukut Urap (Balinese Vegetable Salad)
• Ayam Pelalah (Shredded Chicken with Balinese Chili Sauce)
• Sate Lilit (Minced Fish Sate)
• Sambal Matah (Balinese Style Chili Condiment)
• Dadar Gulung (Sweet Coconut Pancake)

スケジュール

• 9:30 am: Meet at the meeting point
• 9:40 am: Enjoy coffee or tea on your arrival to our school
• 9:45 am: Start of cooking class
• 11:30 am: Enjoy the fruit of your hard labor
• 12:30 pm: End of cooking class
