Master the art of tempura at Sakura cook. Understand the steps to make Dashi (traditional Japanese stock), which is used as a base for soup and dipping sauce. Then make 6 types of Tempura. The presentation is important in Japanese culture, so learn to set in an artful way, then enjoy your meal.

As ingredients, this class uses flour (gluten) and shrimp.

For vegetarian/vegan and Muslims

• The dishes can be changed to vegetable ingredients
• This class does not use pork. It is possible to change to Haral seasoning
• Please request three days in advance

• 11:30 am: Start class
• 11:35 am: Japanese broth, clear soup and dipping sauce
• 12:00 pm: Prepare tempura butter and the ingredients of tempura
• 12:30 pm: Fry 6 kinds of tempura
• 1:00 pm: Tasting
• 1:30 pm: End of the cooking class

Dinner class:

• 5:30 pm: Start class
• 5:35 pm: Japanese stock, clear soup and dipping sauce
• 6:00 pm: Prepare tempura butter and the ingredients of tempura
• 6:30 pm: Fry 6 kinds of tempura
