We went to the Sicilian cooking class and we had a great time. First we went at the market and got a lot of explanations about the local food. Then we came back to the restaurant and started cooking. They explained us how to cook different styles of pasta and how to prepare two different types of fish. The cooks have been really nice and the food was amazing. We really enjoyed it and can only recommend it! :)

Our Pizza making class in Taormina was amazing! My husband, 8 years old, and I did the class and had the best time. We were very excited to find out we got to learn how to make pasta as well. We were well-fed! The bonus (that my child loved) was that we got to keep our aprons and received a certificate at the end. My partner and I were excited to receive copies of the recipes in our email so we can continue to make delicious pasta and pizza at home. Maurizio was very knowledgeable and so great with my little one. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and experience.

Classes teach students how to make Sicilian Food, Meat dishes, Seafood dishes, Fresh Pasta, Sicilian Macaroni, Ravioli, Tortelloni, Tagliatelle, and how to prepare the Dough, Pizza, and Bread. You have the opportunity to prepare also the unique SICILIAN CANNOLO. Cooking lessons begin with a visit to the local Fish Markets, guided by the refined expertise of the Chef, demonstrating the best fish to buy on the day and bring with you to prepare with your own hands.
