IMPORTANT: Please note that due to the menu we prepare during the class, we are unable to accommodate participants who have coeliac disease, gluten intolerance, and/or follow a vegan diet. We also cannot accommodate lactose intolerance as we use dairy products.

We can also host a minimum of 1 to 16 participants. Contact us for more details on how to book for groups of more than 3 people.

Our friendly, professional chef will guide you through every step of the process – from kneading the dough to rolling it through a traditional pasta machine. Learn how to make authentic Italian pasta, and create a rich, creamy carbonara sauce to accompany your dish (vegetarians can opt for a delicious cacio e pepe alternative).
