Simonetta will teach you the simple but important tricks of everyday cooking, such as how to substitute an ingredient at the last moment, but what really counts is to have a passion for food.... and some fresh herbs at hand.

Apetizer could be Zucchini Flowers with ricotta, Different types of Salad, Zucchini or Eggplan Flan
Primi could be Tagliatelle, Ravioli, Gnocchi with different sauces
Main Course : Quiches, Parmigiana, Caponata, Vegetable Meat balls, Strudel with Scarola
Dessert : Choccolate Cake, Lemon Cake, Cantucci, Ricotta Cakeagliatelle
The duration of the classes is around 4 hours, preparing at least 4 dishes. The dinner that follows the class is based on the dishes prepared.
