"A delightful experience!"
Throughout the class, we learned the intricate techniques involved in making homemade dumplings, udon noodles, and tempura from scratch. One of the highlights for me was mastering the art of folding dumplings. The teacher provided clear, step-by-step guidance, making it easy for everyone to follow along, regardless of their skill level. By the end of the class, not only did I feel more confident in my ability to recreate these dishes at home, but I also left with a newfound appreciation for the artistry and craftsmanship behind Japanese cuisine.

I had an absolutely fantastic time cooking dumplings with Naomi! From start to finish, she guided me through the process with clear, easy-to-follow instructions, generously sharing her wealth of cooking knowledge along the way. Not only did we whip up a delicious lunch together, complete with a dessert she prepared from local, but Naomi went above and beyond by gifting us a local map she made. This allowed us to explore the charming old town of Tokyo surrounding her home, adding an extra layer of authenticity and charm to our experience. This cooking class was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our travels. Highly recommended for anyone looking to delve deeper into Japanese cuisine and culture!

Assembly point at Machiya station. The station is serviced by two lines: Chiyoda line and Keisei line. For Chiyoda line attendees, gather at the No.3 gate. For Keisei line participants, the meeting spot is at the gate.
