Start with a visit to our local morning market to see the day-to-day life of countryside people interacting in the traditional market. You will have a chance to taste and sample some local tropical fruit or family recipe cake during our visit.
We proudly cultivate our own exotic organic vegetation as part of our farm cooking school. You will be given a tour around our organic farm and learn how a Balinese family expertly uses the natural resources surrounding them.
Our kitchens are spacious and well-equipped. You will learn about the herbs and spices used, the interesting myths behind them, and of course how to cook them. Amidst lush vegetation, you'll hand-pick ingredients for our authentic Balinese dishes, gaining insights into time-honored techniques that shape our culinary heritage.
In our kitchen, don your apron and embark on a hands-on cooking journey. Guided by our expertise, craft six traditional Balinese dishes, each rich with cultural significance. Learn the nuances of each recipe as flavors unfold.
