This cooking class offers a hands-on experience to learn Thai traditional techniques in cooking a full 5-course menu with curry paste included. Our class will give you the building blocks for preparing Thai food from scratch, ensuring you will be capable of cooking several traditional Thai dishes for family and friends when you return home. We aim to promote the art of Thai cuisine no matter if you're completely inexperienced in cooking or want to improve on existing cooking skills. Our three main goals are to teach how to cook Thai food, to eat great Thai food, and to have a lot of fun while doing both!

We are located in the heart of Sukhumvit in a beautiful city townhouse with a cozy garden. Our kitchen has modern gas installations and is ready to handle all the cooking we do every day. When you arrive at our townhouse, you will be welcomed with a drink and a snack as we introduce the menu and the ingredients we will use during the class.

"Excellent class in a beautiful set up"

Chief Alisa was an amazing teacher and I loved her clear instructions. Since it was my very first Thai cooking class, the menu they had were perfect to learn the basic Thai ingredients and seasoning style. I recommend this class for anyone who are interested in Thai food, and its culture!

"Had a amazing experience!"

I had a amazing experience learning to cook Thai food with chef Alisa. Not only is the location very beautifull, but it's also located in the city center so very easy to get to and to plan other things around that area. The cooking class itself was great and we learned how to cook some of Thailands most famous dishes. Chef Alisa, explained everything very clearly and she gave some really intersting background stories about the dishes and ingredients. Next to that it's also very relaxed because after each dish you get some time to really enjoy what you made. Highly recommend it!!

"Amazing Cooking Experience"

I had the best experience here, and learn how to cook authentic Thai food. Not only just learned how to cook the food, but also know that more knowledge about the Thai ingredients why and how to use it to cook. I also used some Thai cooking tools to make the sauce and know about the background history of the tool. Another glad thing is I had made new friends in the cooking class, they all come from different countries, and we cooking together and enjoy our food together. The best I like is green curry chicken, it with rich coconut milk flavor, eat with Thai rice is the best partner ever! Next time travel BKK gonna come back again to learn other new dishes! This is the best way for me to get to know the culture and food development of Thai food. Good location, easy to find. By the way, here is a short tip, morning section no breakfast needs, otherwise you will be so full. Love it!!

Thank you so much Chef Alisa for hosting such a wonderful class. Firstly, the space is so beautiful, and I loved every bit of it. Despite the Bangkok heat, there was a really nice breeze. Thank you for the coolest welcome drink, it was really refreshing. I didn't know I cook make such delicious Thai dishes. I really appreciate your step by step guide and all the tips & tricks and story shared. Thank you so so much, I will use the recipe provided to cook for my family. Lastly, the location is so convenient, I could walk a few minutes to the famous mall after the class. Thank you again Chef Alisa for giving me suggestions with the direction. Next time I come to Bangkok, I will ask my friends to come and join your class.
