Eating healthy and tasty, plant-based dishes from our menu will surely be incredibly satisfying. Each one is divinely inspired, nutritionally balanced, gluten-free, and naturally low in fat and sure. 

During our cooking class, you will earn how to cook nutritious plant-based Balinese dishes. Be inspired, be health, and change the way you think about vegan food during this experience. We will find out how easy and fist it can be to make fulfilling meals from fresh, natural ingredients. You will learn the best recipes using fresh vegetables, sweet fruits, and aromatic herbs and nuts through the guidance of our professional chefs. 

None of these dishes are deep-friend and everything is freshly made. All herbs and vegetables are delivered within 24 hours from local farms so they remain as fresh as when they were picked. Using more than 90% locally sourced ingredients, our menu includes an interesting selection of Balinese, Indonesian, and other dishes that have a multi-cultural heritage. 

After preparing these lovely dishes, we will enjoy what we made together.

• Meanest, Greenest (Avocado, grilled broccoli, coriander turmeric cauliflower, kale, baby romaine, frise, spirulina nuts & seeds, green coriander lemon tahini dressing)
• Simply Beautiful Board (Mix green lettuces, grilled pumpkin, spirulina nuts & seeds, sweet corn, edamame, pickled onions, mix herbs, tomato shallot vinaigrette)
• Salad be tongkol (Balinese Fish Salad with Lemongrass Shallots & lemon basil leave)
• Chicken vegetables and coconut salad (Seasonal green vegetables, chicken with tomato sambal & spiced dry coconut)
• Chicken rendang (Traditional dry chicken from Sumatra with spices from the archipelago served with choice of rice)
• The cheese sambal (Grilled fermented soybean cake, oozing parmesan & cheddar cheese, mushrooms, spring onions, fresh herbs, shredded turmeric cauliflower & lemon basil tomato sambal)

• 9.15 am: Brief introductory and start the cooking class
