One of our wonderful guides (Giada, Anna, or Susy) will guide you throughout this excursion. You will begin by wandering among the ancient olive trees on our estate. The guide will tell you all about the history and tradition of producing olive oil in Sorrento. You will get a chance to see all the tools that were once required for the traditional method of pruning and pressing the olives. Then, you will get to learn about all the stages required to produce our wonderful oil today.
During this tour, you will have the opportunity to taste 20 different types of extra virgin olive oil. You will also get to taste different glazes, honey, and marmalade. The tasting will end with a sampling of Limoncello made from our own lemons and other cream liqueurs. Your guide will talk you through all these tastings, letting you know how the products are made and tips and tricks on how to use them in your kitchen. At the end of the tour, you will receive a gift containing three different 100ml bottles of our extra virgin olive oil to bring home with you and use in your kitchen.
