Our Cooking program starts from tour to traditional Balinese Market (available at morning class only), Trekking to rice paddy to learn about Balinese farming method. Then, we take you to our cooking venue, to learn about how to make a Balinese daily offering (Canang Sari) and start the cooking class. At the end of the class, you will enjoy the food that you cook surrounded by rice field.

• Sate Lilit (Mess of spices fish skewer)
• Green pumpkin soup (Vegetable soup with pumpkin)
• Pepes Ikan (Grilled fish in banana leaf)
• Lawar (Mixed vegetables with coconut sauce)
• Kare Ayam (Chicken curry with Balinese sauce)
• Tempe Lalah Manis (Fried sweet and spiced Tempe)
• Bubur Injin (Black rice pudding with coconut milk)

• 8:30 am: Visiting Rice Field
• 9:00 am: Making Traditional Canang Sari (Balinese Offering)
• 9:30 am: Making authentic traditional spice (Base Gede)
• 1:30 pm: Start cooking
• 1:00 pm: Lunch in the middle of the rice field
• 1:30 pm: Class ends

Afternoon Class 

• 2:00 pm: Visiting Rice Field
• 2:30 pm: Making Traditional Canang Sari (Balinese Offering)
• 3:00 pm: Making authentic traditional spice (Base Gede)
• 3:30 pm: Start cooking
• 5:00 pm: Dinner in the middle of the rice field
• 5:30 pm: Class ends
