Let's enjoy sushi making in a professional way! We head to the sushi lab. Then meet sushi master for the making class.

There a private sushi master and expert sushi mafia guide await you and show you how to prepare fish and fillet. If you are interested, you can join the art of work. Afterward, make sushi together taught by the chef, and eat it as lunch.

Programma

This tour starts at the formerly well known site for the world biggest fish market: Tsukiji.

Our sushi mafia guide introduces the Tsukiji outer market with the very detailed way drinking Sake.

After that, we head to our private sushi mafia lab in the vicinity of Nakameguro. There a private sushi master awaits you to make sushi together and have them as lunch. Sake pairing is included.

The course is about 3 hours of 11:00 am – 2:00 pm and finishes at our kitchen.

"Very exciting! Had a lot of fun."

It was a great experience to see and learn how to roll sushi and prepare the fish. The sushi masters were very friendly and we had a lot of fun attending the class. Absolutely to recommend. The fish was extraordinary tasty. Thanks a lot for this great experience.
