Thai Akha Kitchen is one of the best culinary schools in Chiang Mai, located inside the old city wall of Chiang Mai. Learning how to cook Thai Food and Akha Food, you will learn and experience the different culture of Thai and Akha, and also learn the history of Thailand through our food. The kitchen is an outdoor set up with a mixture of Thai-Akha Atmosphere. The dining room with air-conditioning. Relaxing and easy chill-out place.

6:30 pm: Welcome with Akha tribe coffee drink and Cooking session
8:00 pm: Dinner

9:00 pm: Arrived at your hotel

Niti was the perfect teacher. She was giving us a lot of information about the Akha and Thailand. Also the cooking together was very easy because she was explaining us everything, step by step.

It was so much fun and the food was delicious. They were so great with all different diets and allergies and it felt so welcoming. The people working behind the scenes were so quick with cleaning and setting up, I mostly didn’t notice. All of them were super nice and helped whenever needed.
