You can chose the dishes that are prepared and Wandee takes you tot he local market first to buy the ingredients and meat/fish for the dish - fresher is impossible. She explains really well how to do the dishes and the atmosphere at her place is nice as well. The dishes were the best ones we had during our Thailand trip!

What an amazing experience, it was great to learn how to cook traditional Thai dishes which we love very much.

This was fab. We had such a lovely experience with the three ladies, who served as prep station artists, sous chefs, market savants, and explanation guides. There are 30+ choices for each participant, so everyone can make something different, and then share the results. We're pretty seasoned cooks, but dicing veg and smashing aromatics was only part of it. The experience began with a market tour, which was super fun - very local/ no frills market, but the produce and seafood were of very high quality. At the house, our stations were already prepared with the mise en place for each of our six dishes. Thai cooking is really quick, so we were still on our toes throwing everything together, swooshing it in the pan, and plating. We tried a few obscure menu items and did not regret a thing. Coffee, beer, water all included. It was half the price of our hotel and completely personalized, lasting 3 hours. I had a blast, left stuffed, and really felt like I cooked and learned.

We had a great day. The day started at the Market. We thought we were buying our indefinable but in fact we were just having a look around. There was an impressive array of fruit and veg including lots we were not familiar with. Our class including just 3 people: myself, my 11 year old daughter and one other but despite the low teacher to student ratio my daughter had a dedicated person to help her. We all cooked 3 different course all of which were delicious. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience! Wandee was fantastic. We learned a lot about authentic Thai food at the local market and then cooked 3 courses in a beautiful setting. Transport was all arranged. Food was delicious! Atmosphere was fun and relaxed. Highly recommended!
