this was my second time cooking with chef lee. unlike other schools her focus is on the technique and preparation of food. the class is brilliant!

We did a 4 hour cooking class and it was wonderful. We learned to cook 13 dishes and did a tour of the local market trying a variety of the herbs and spices we were then cooking with. Great teacher. Lots of fun! Highly recommended!

Even though it's located a bit far from central Bangkok (about 1 hour driving by taxi from our hotel) it was an absolutely great experience at chef LeeZ. We have learnt a lot about thai kitchen an have prepared several dishes. To be honest: I couldn't handle to eat all as it was so much. ;-) Definitely recommend her cooking class. Thanks LeeZ!

We had a wonderful experience with Chef Leez. Really enjoyed the market trip. Talking about the different herbs and ingredients we would use. So nice to try flavours as we went along. We are going home with lots of useful new tips and the advantages of fresh ingredients. Would definitely recommend this course. Loved it

Chef LeeZ teaches 12 traditional Thai dishes in a single class. That's 3 classes elsewhere. Hands-on from scratch just like Granny made it. Thailand's lowest cost per dish taught. Tom yum clear & creamy, 3 chilli pastes, coconut cream and milk, pad Thai, green curry paste and yellow and red curry paste, green curry chicken, massaman beef, green papaya salad, sticky rice mango and we invite in-class requests. Everyone is welcome. Vegetarian, vegan, family with children, meat lovers, people with food allergies, virgin cooks and accomplished chefs can all be found in any given 10 am class. We adjust each student's ingredients to their individual dietary needs. Over 1500 online reviews. Our average class is 8 or fewer students for a more personal experience. Free online recipe book and how to video are included Free for every in-class student. We are 30 to 45 minutes from all popular foreigner lodgings. That's 120 to 220 baht on the taxi meter.
