Unlock the secrets of traditional-style Thai cooking. Using the freshest ingredients, learn to prepare and combine ingredients to create exceptional dishes. After a demonstration by one of the instructors in the classroom, you will be able to cook your own Thai food under the helpful supervision of our instructors.

We will cook 6 authentic dishes. During the cooking session, you will learn the knife skills, fruit carving, using wok.

Course No.1 with Introduction to Thai ingredients, Herbs and Spices

• Thai hot and sour prawn soup
• Green curry with chicken
• Thai style fish cake
• Thai fried noodles
• Spicy minced chicken salad
• water chestnuts with coconut milk

Course No.2 with Teaching Traditional Thai Curry Paste

• Panaeng curry with pork
• Chiang Mai curry with chicken
• Fried fish with chillies and basil
• Sweet and sour vegetables
• Spicy glass noodle salad
• Black Sticky rice pudding

Course No.3 with Local Morning Market Visit

• Chicken in coconut milk soup
• Red curry with fish
• Fried mixed mushroom with baby corn
• Fried big noodles with thick sauce
• Papaya salad
• Steam Banana cakes

Course No.4 with Local Morning Market Visit

• Yellow curry chicken
• Steamed fish in banana leaves
• Chicken with cashew nuts
• Fried big noodles with sweet soy sauce
• Spicy prawn salad north-eastern style
• Banana in coconut milk

Course No.5 with Fruit Craving

• Clear soup with minced pork
• Spring rolls
• Roasted duck curry
• Fried chicken with ginger
• Chicken in pandan leaves
• Mango with sticky rice 

Jadwalkan

• 9:30 - 9:50 am: Pickup with our AC VIP transportation from your accommodation
• 10:00 am: Rotate activity of the day*
• 11:30 am: Cooking class with helpful supervision of our instructors
• 1:00 pm: Enjoy the meal between the cooking class 
• 4:00 pm: End of the day
• 4:15 pm: Drop off with our AC VIP transportation to your accommodation
