What to know: This is a very hands-on class and you will chop everything yourself, with the chef’s help. You will leave the class saying that you can cook Balinese food from scratch.

Good for: People looking to take a private class where all the chef's attention is on them.

"Bloody Bagus"

Such a good experience and the best part was we got to enjoy the amazing fresh restaurant quality food we made. Defiantly going to use this recipes again and the deep fried bananas will be our kids favourite.

The flavours were wonderful and learning how to cook the food was great. The meal at the end was beautifully presented and the staff were welcoming and patient. The end result was a little underwhelming as the fish was overcooked in the green papaya soup ( remaking this at home would be fine though as you wouldn't cook the fish for as long) and the chicken was quite dry on the lemon grass sticks. Overall I would recommend, it was value for money but a few improvements and it would be really great.

Nos gustó mucho la experiencia de participar en la clase de cocina con el Chef Kadek Sudarmika y con Komang. Fueron unos buenos anfitriones y nos dieron a conocer nuevos ingredientes y unos platos deliciosos. Fue un placer. Además en el centro The Amala se respiraba un ambiente de paz y relajación que ayudaba a nuestro cometido. Muchas gracias por todo. Siempre tendremos un buen recuerdo de nuestra experiencia.
