Natalie and her crew could not have done better! Everything was very well organized and relaxed and the cooking class house they built is clean, beautiful and comfortable. Everything was prepped perfectly and we learned a lot about Mexican culture, cooking and sustainable farming. It was a lovely experience.

You are going to be overwhelmed with the love and attention that Natalia and Kiko have put into this cooking experience in Cuernavaca. We had a very easy and relaxing drive from Mexico City to Cuernavaca and were able to experience an incredible array of food, warmth, history and flavors. Our family had a fabulous tour of Natalia's garden, outrageously informative and delicious cooking demonstrations, along with tasty cocktails and mezcal tastings from the very talented Alina. We rolled up our sleeves and learned to make some incredible dishes that were enjoyed by our entire party. Our ages ranged from 15 to 77, and everyone left content, happy, full and grateful for our day in Cuernavaca.

Natalia and Kiko were such gracious hosts, and they made us feel so welcome at their home. Our visit started at 10:00 a.m. and we did not leave until late afternoon. It was a culinary experience we will never forget. The direction and guidance they provided in our cooking and dining journey, along with the assistance of Aline and Lupita, was remarkable.
