Futomaki is a thick roll of sushi topped with sushi rice and several ingredients on a sheet of nori. Temari-sushi is sushi topped with sashimi and vegetables on a round-formed piece of rice. Both are characterized by their gorgeous appearance.

In Japan, it is a popular dish for celebratory occasions. In the lesson, we will carefully teach you how to make them, so please join us. You can fully experience the meticulousness of Japanese cuisine. Also, this is the only class where you can learn how to make miso soup and tamagoyaki (omelet), two essential Japanese home-style dishes.
