We will first prepare a basic concept of the tea ceremony. You can get to know what is different between the Vietnamese tea ceremony and another Asian country tea ceremony.

I will also show you some tea made from the northeast of Vietnam. That tea was naturally grown and totally produced by hand. Usually, tea leaves were blend with seasonal flower or kept original. I would share some brief history, geography and other opinions of local people about tea. After that, you can choose which suitable tea for yourself.

While the first cup of tea wakes your senses up with good smell and sweetness, we can enjoy the silence and the beauty of Perfume River in front of our tea space. In tea ceremony, water, tea, temperature are very important factors that affect tea quality. I can share you how to do with these elements to make a good cup of tea. We will continue tasting tea, Hue’s style cake and share tea culture in our country.
