Get your hands dirty in a veggie plantation in a rural village and a local family home kitchen, experimenting and learning how to grow vegetables and the Vietnamese really cook. Then sit down to an authentic meal soaking up the culture and tradition, after exploring the neighborhoods bustling markets and experience hands-on farming activity.

Menu

• Deep-fried spring roll
• Bun Cha - Vietnamese Grilled Pork with Vermicelli Recipe

• 8:00 am: Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter
• 9:00 am: Local wet market walking tour
• 9:45 am: Hands-on farming with local
• 10:30 am: Cooking session 
• 12:30 am: Enjoy your tasty lunch with a free drink (soft drink and local beer)
• 1:30 pm: End of the cooking class
• 2:30 pm: Back to your hotel
