Everyone loves Ramen and Gyoza! But the soup stock is usually a meat base. However, this class will learn how to create delicious and truly satisfying vegetarian ramen. The unique combination of different types of ingredients for creating an unbelievable vegetarian ramen soup. Moreover, you will learn how to form gyoza making and the secret of steam and grilling technique for making crispy outside and soft inside gyoza. 

Menu

• Vegetarian ramen - Freshly made egg noodle, miso, and soy milk
• Gyoza - Soybeans and lots of veggies
• Black sesame ice cream - Azuki beans, mochi balls, and fruits
• Fruity Yuzu Sake

Programme

Wednesdays 

• 5:00 pm: Start the class with the introduction from the chef.
• 5:20 pm: Learning ingredients for soup stock.
• 5:30 pm: Time to make ramen noodles by yourself.
• 6:30 pm: Move on and learn how to form gyoza.
• 7:00 pm: Time to have dinner with Vegetarian ramen and gyoza.
• 8:00 pm: End the class.

Saturdays

• 10:30 am: Start the class with the introduction from the chef.
• 10:50 am: Learning ingredients for soup stock.
• 11:00 am: Time to make ramen noodles by yourself.
• 12:00 am: Move on and learn how to form gyoza.
• 12:30 pm: Time to have lunch with Vegetarian ramen and gyoza.
• 13:30 pm: End the class.
