Programme

Morning Classes:

• 10:00 am: Arrival with refreshing Thai herbal drinks at Clay Pot Thai Cooking Mate Corner.
• 10:15 am: Make a Visit on the Famous Wat Pho 
• 10:30 am: Depart to a local Thai market where the instructor will accompany you to discover varieties of fresh Thai herb, vegetable, fruit and other goods.
• 11:00 am: Back to Clay Pot Cooking Mate and get ready for Thai cooking. (Apron, recipes and notes are provided)
• 11:15 am: Theoretical class begins, the instructor explains and demonstrates each dish procedures at the cooking floor.Later, it’s practical time to learn and experience Thai recipes with techniques in easy steps!You will have your own space with stove and cooking equipment, with assistance from the instructor.
• 1:00 pm: Ready to taste your own Thai dishes at Clay Pot Dining Floor.

Afternoon Classes :

• 4:00pm: Arrival with refreshing Thai herbal drinks at Clay Pot Thai Cooking Mate Corner.

• 8:00 pm: Ready to taste your own Thai dishes at Clay Pot Dining Floor.
