Traditional Japanese family meal includes a main dish, 2 side dishes with rice and a Miso soup. In this activity, we will cook Nigujaga (beef simmers with 3 types of vegetable), Ichiyaboshi (Overnight-dried-baked fish), Japanese egg roll, rice and Miso soup. You will have a general idea about what kind of food we actually eat every day. Depending on season and market situation, the menu might be different.
