Our cooking school is known to vegetarians and vegans throughout the world. Our express class is a 2 hour class held at 3pm or 5pm.

" Culture and Cooking: A True Authentic Experience "

What we liked: As vegetarians, we were able to uninhibitedly nibble, savor and relish every dish and ingredient. Our cooking class gave us a taste of traditional Thai culture and we loved learning a new skill that we can take back to our families to give them a taste of Thailand.
What to know: It's a small and intimate cooking school, and we felt grateful that our class included only us.
Good for: Vegetarians or vegans that want learn more about Thai food.
How to get there: The cooking school is well located, in walking distance from the main gate to the old town.

From Monday to Sunday

Afternoon class:

3:00 pm: Welcome drink and course & material presentation
3:10 pm: Ingredient preparation and discussion of Thai spices and herbs
3:30 pm: Learn how to make Chili Paste
4:00 pm: Cooking class
5:00 pm: End of the course

Great cooking class using fresh ingredients. Tastiest food I’ve ever made! You are given the recipes and we had a delicious four course meal of the food that we made. Really friendly people running the class. Would definitely go again! Highly recommended

"The instructor was amazing and the food was delicious"

The recipes were simple, elegant and delicious. Our instructor was knowledgeable and taught us about cooking basics but also how to adapt recipes based on our preferences. The chili paste is amazing and you will be hard pressed not to add it to every one of your dishes. I would definitely recommend!

We made 5 recipes in just two hours. Nim was the perfect balance between letting us make the recipes on our own while also stepping in to prevent any cooking disasters! Everything we made was delicious and we were able to take away what we were not able to finish. I was also provided extra water as she could see how hot I was :)
