The chou is the new macaron! The chou pastry dough is one of the traditional French doughs and can used either sweet or savory. During a private class in the kitchen of a Parisian apartment, you will learn from Aurélie or Marion the secrets of this dough and bake from scratch light and airy choux: gougères, savory choux with cheese and yummy choux filled with vanilla or chocolate cream. After cooking, you will enjoy tasting your choux with a beverage and you will take the leftovers.
Please note that this class is not suitable for kids below the age of 12.
