From the most prestigious chefs who come early to personally choose the finest products, to the surrounding payesas who come to sell vegetables and fruits from their gardens, the markets of Barcelona are the most vibrant meeting points of the city and Boqueria is no exception.

The tour comes to an end in our space in Plaza Real "Just Royal Bcn". Chef Alfredo Rodriguez will meet you to take you to the cooking class. Find out the professional secrets of Spanish cuisine in Barcelona, following your hands-on experience.

You’ll have a tasting from an exciting menu that includes Seafood Paella, Spanish omelets, potatoes "Bravas" with three sauces, traditional croquettes and mussels with salsa. (Includes mineral water, wine, beer or Coca-cola and coffee/tea).

Proposal for the tasting menu for this workshop:

• Potatoes "Bravas" with three sauces.
• Seafood paella.
• Spanish omelet.
• Catalan cream.
• Accompanied by fine wine with the denomination of origin, mineral water, beer, Coca-cola.
• Coffee or tea.

Programme

• 5:00 pm: It starts with a walk Through the Boqueria Market, located in "Las Ramblas of Barcelona". Afterwards there will be a tour of the Gothic quarter of Barcelona. We will see its most important Cathedral.
• 6:30 pm: Welcome to the participant with snacksand drink while you cook.
  • A brief introduction of the activities will be made.
  • Every participant will have an apron, a table with space, with the materials, the ingredients and the food for cooking the meal.
  • Will count with the help of an assistant and chef, who is the one in charge to give the directions to the team in the elaboration of the recipes.
• 9:45 pm: When the meal is done, the participants will move to the dining area where they will sit at an imperial table to eat the meal they have prepared.
