  • 2:30 pm: Introduction to the history and origins of xiaolongbao
  • 2:45 pm: Introduction to the ingredients and sauces
  • 3:00 pm: Cooking session with guidance
  • 4:20 pm: Time to enjoy Buns made by yourself (while you are enjoying your creation, get ready for some fun activities where you can win suprise dishes!)
  • 5:00 pm: End class with a full belly

"A must-try activity!"
We joined this class as a family, and it was such a wonderful bonding experience. Chef Wang was patient with all of us, including my kids, and we had a blast learning how to fold and fill the buns/dumplings properly. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the end result was absolutely delicious.

Such a great way to experience Chinese cuisine beyond just eating! The class was well-paced, and I learned so much about the technique behind making xiaolongbao. Chef Wang was an amazing teacher, and the final tasting was the best part—so fresh and flavorful!
