Join us for a market tour and cooking class, where you'll pick four dishes you wish to learn! This class includes a chef demonstration and a hands-on cooking experience, guided by an expert instructor.

You'll delve into the fundamentals of Thai cuisine—mastering essential techniques, understanding key ingredients, and discovering how to make each dish uniquely yours. At BrassWok, we ensure a fun, friendly, and educational experience that’s hands-on, rewarding, and even therapeutic, as many students have shared. Get ready for a memorable culinary adventure!

You can select 4 dishes from each category below:

Salad

• Green Papaya Salad (Som Tam Thai)
• Pomelo Salad (Yam Som O)
• Minced Pork with toasted rice powder and fresh herbs (Larb Moo)
• Glass Noodles Salad with pork or seafood (Yam Woonsen Talay)
• Green Mango Salad (Yam Mamuang)

Main Dish

• Chicken in herbal coconut milk soup (Tom Kha Gai)
• Prawns in spicy & sour herbal soup (Tom Yam Kung)
• Glass noodles, soft tofu & seaweed soup (Kaeng Jood Woonsen TaoHoo SaRai)
• Green Curry Paste
• Chicken in Green Curry (Kaeng Khiaw Wan Gai)
• Red Curry Paste
• Pork and Pine Apple in Red Curry (Kaeng Moo Sapparod)
• Panang Curry Paste
• Chicken Panang Curry (Panaeng Kai)
• Vegetable Jungle Curry with Chicken or Fish (Kaeng Pha Kai)
• Steamed Curried Fish in Banana Leave Cups (Hor Mok Pla)
• Steamed Fish in Lime Sauce (Pla Nueng Manao)
• Minced Pork or Chicken with Holy Basils (Pad Kaphao Moo, or Kai)

Dessert

• Pumpkin (or sweet potato, or taro) in palm sugar & coconut milk syrup
• Sticky Rice Dessert & Mango (seasonal) or Egg Custard 
• Coconut Agar Jelly
