Welcome to a unique experience that celebrates the culture of mezcal in all its splendor! Our organic mezcal tasting invites you to immerse yourself in the heart of Oaxaca, in a cozy space designed for you to enjoy this ancestral tradition.

During this experience, you will taste three different mezcals (or artisanal distillates), each with a story to tell. As you savor each sip, you'll have the opportunity to learn about the production methods and the diverse agaves that bring these elixirs to life. Each mezcal comes from local producers, mezcal cooperatives, and small family businesses in Oaxaca, reflecting the rich cultural heritage of the region.

The most important aspect of this experience is your curiosity. We want you to explore the variety of flavors, aromas, and textures that mezcal has to offer. We will guide you through the unique gastronomic heritage of Oaxaca, sharing the rich diversity of plants used to create mezcal and the history behind each sip.

Enjoy two mezcals that celebrate the rich organic culture of Oaxaca. Each one highlights the best of local products, delivering authentic and sustainable flavors that connect you to the land.

• Ceremonial Mezcal

We will conclude the experience with our ceremonial mezcal, a drink that evokes the essence of Oaxacan gastronomy. With intense flavors and a rich history, this mezcal is a true homage to the culture and tradition of the region.

• 5:20 p.m. – Tasting of the First Mezcal (Sample the first mezcal and discuss its flavor profile and origin).
• 5:30 p.m. – Tasting of the Second Mezcal (Enjoy the second mezcal while learning about its unique production methods.)
• 5:40 p.m. – Tasting of the Third Mezcal (Experience the third mezcal, focusing on its distinct aromas and flavors.)
• 5:50 p.m. – Closing Remarks (Wrap up the tasting and thank participants for joining.)
