In this private class, we will be using only the finest, high-quality ingredients, many of which are homemade. The olive oil for cooking comes from olives harvested from our own trees, ensuring a rich and authentic flavor. The vegetables are freshly picked from our garden, guaranteeing you the freshest produce. Together, we will prepare delicious meals and savor every dish we create during the lesson.

Beyond cooking, you'll also have the opportunity to taste our extra virgin olive oil, crafted using traditional methods passed down through generations. This tasting experience will give you an appreciation for the artistry behind our oil.

To round out the experience, we'll sample both red and white wines from our family farm throughout the day, pairing them with the dishes we prepare. You'll get a full taste of local flavors, with everything grown and produced right here on our land.
