Join our 3-hour and 15-minute group cooking class for a unique, immersive culinary experience in the heart of Bangkok. Our spacious cooking studio, filled with large windows and natural light, creates a welcoming and inspiring environment perfect for learning.

The adventure begins with an exciting Tuk-Tuk ride through bustling streets, leading you to the vibrant Prannok Market. This short 5-minute journey brings you to a traditional fresh market, where our experienced local chef will be your guide. Immerse yourself in the authentic experience of shopping at a Thai fresh market, brimming with vibrant colors and enticing aromas.

Discover the essence of Thai culinary culture as you learn about local ingredients, traditional cooking methods, and the daily habits of Thai food enthusiasts. Guided by an expert, you'll explore the market, handpicking fresh ingredients such as fragrant herbs, exotic spices, and seasonal produce to use in your dishes.

Once you return to the cooking school, the real fun begins! Step into your own spacious, fully equipped kitchen station, featuring authentic Thai tools and appliances. Under the hands-on guidance of our experienced chefs, you’ll learn to prepare and cook four authentic Thai dishes.

Master essential Thai cooking techniques, such as pounding spices with a mortar and pestle and perfectly balancing the bold flavors of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy. Throughout the class, you'll create four delicious traditional Thai dishes and enjoy them in our bright, airy dining area.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced cook, this class promises an enjoyable, hands-on way to learn more about Thai cuisine and culture. Plus, we accommodate all dietary preferences and can tailor the experience for those with food allergies or special dietary needs, ensuring everyone can enjoy this incredible journey into Thai cooking.

All skill levels are welcome! We also offer vegetarian options and can accommodate special diets and certain food allergies.

• Our Chinese classes will be available starting 20 November, on Wednesday mornings and Sunday afternoons. (English classes are blocked during these time slots.)

• 9:50 AM: Return to Arun Thai Cooking via Tuk Tuk.
• 10:00 AM: Begin the class with an introduction and preparation of a refreshing welcome drink.
• 10:20 AM: First dish – Tom Yum Prawns.
• 10:50 AM: Second dish – Pad Thai Prawns.
• 11:20 AM: Third dish – Massaman Curry or Green Curry.
• 12:00 NN: Fourth dish – Mango Sticky Rice or Coconut Ice Cream.
• 12:15 PM: End of the cooking class.

Afternoon Session
